Statement of Non-Conflict Minerals

   As a company with strong sense of social responsibility, Qingdao Benda Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. solemnly commit: we do not use any materials related with Conflict Minerals.

   In the meantime, we request our suppliers to work together with us closely to ensure the entire supply chain is free of Conflict Minerals.

1、   Upon receiving this statement, Supplier must conduct self-check at once to ensure the materials which are being supplied to us are free of Conflict Minerals.

2、   Upon receiving this statement, Supplier must also track back its ownsupply chain until melterlevel to see whether any Conflict Minerals areused.

3、   Supplier must submit Conflict Minerals Report to  at least once every year.

4、   Supplier must establish effective control process to monitor the supply chain and ensure no Conflict Minerals are used.
